I’ve torn 3 glut muscles. So, I may not meet the 2023 mile goal this year. But I’m at 900. Right now I can’t run or cycle outside. But I can use my bike trainer and swim. I’m going to swim a 2.5 mile race this Sunday.
Way to keep going!! Good luck on your 2.5 mile swim race this Saturday!
There are multiple ways to earn these miles and I think swimming is an excellent way to get your whole body involved! I miss my swimming days, my whole body felt better overall, I need to get back at it!
