I am an RRCA certified marathon coach. However, I have gotten older, went through some emotional events in the last few years and slacked off on taking care of me. I am hoping for support from this group to regain some of the old me back. Will I get 2024 miles in 2024. I’m being honest. I won’t on my feet but I am going to combine mine with my bike and my walking. This is the only way I can do it. The way I am approaching this is, if I get miles in on my bike or my walking it’s better than getting nothing accomplished.
