I'm 63 and started running at the age of 52. I quickly got involved with trail running and love it! I'm done a 1000 mile challenge 5 out of the last 7 years - although it's gone from running to a combination of running, hiking and walking. I'm excited to start and new year and am looking forward to getting miles in new places!
