  Happy New Year everyone!!! Today starts year 4 for me. Last year I had a goal of 2500 miles. Due to injury I had to cut back and take it easy. I did not reach my goal in 2023. Missed it by just under 400 Miles. I'm setting that same goal this year. Looking forward to 2500 miles by the end of this year. Adding some core building workouts and some strength training.   Gonna go ahead and give Amerithon a go!! Looks like a fun challenge! Should definitely push me beyond my initial goal of 2500 miles for 2023.

  Got the last 20 miles in just in time! Goal of 220 miles in January met! Goal for February is another 220 miles. Stay warm out there everyone!

  Been sick the last few days but I wanted to get my first two hundred in before the end of January. Well on the way to 2500. Looking to get another 20 miles in by the 31st. Good luck everyone and keep working hard.

  Feels good to get that first mile out of the way! This will be year 3 of RTY for me. My goal this year is 2,500 miles. Looking forward to keeping myself much more active this year. Good luck everyone. Have a safe and active 2023!!!!
