Day 1: 5.5 miles in 32 degree weather. The challenge for me will be to maintain consistency during the winter months.

I’m in the same boat. I did 6.2 and it was about 30 today! But if it’s any encouragement last year Oct, Nov and Dec I got 198 miles, 201 miles and 208 miles! Hopefully the rain and cold and snow go away quickly!!
