Hello!!

I’m a walker and joined the 2024 challenge because I work full time and take night classes, so I haven’t made exercise a priority and have gained a lot of weight and feel lousy. I do best when I have a goal.

Are there others with a similar story?

I did 2023 to keep myself motivated and stay on my goals of losing weight, I’m very close! I finished 2023 and my last 3 months (usually the coldest here in Western NY but ended up being the wettest) were my best months averaging 198-212 miles a month! If you can do about 5 miles a day you’ll make 2024! Good luck I’m looking forward to seeing how well you both do!
