    What are your favorite running conditions and places?

    Treadmilllllllllllllllll. Also I have a Peloton subscription (and unlimited 60-day guest passes) and do the running workouts on there, which I do love. They also have great yoga and meditation. I I also use the TV-show-as-motivation thing.

    I buy my running shoes in batches of like 4-5. Once I find a pair that works and that I love, I just buy in bulk! Washington is a LOT more casual than where I grew up, so I don't really have need for fancy shoes anymore...it's curbed this bad habit :)

    It took a while to get into it, but yes I did like it! I'm whatever they are calling us now - geriatric/elder/original millennial. I think I was born a bit too late to truly enjoy hair and punk rock wars.
