    I can finally walk without assistive devices or hip brace. Longest walk yet: 3.2 miles. Walking now 2-3 miles daily. I have 16.13 miles left to hit 1000 miles. I won’t make it this year to meet the 2023 miles since I had hip surgery but I keep on trying.

    I was able to complete the 2.5 mile swim. That felt so good. One more swim race on August 20th. A 5K Swim. Last race until surgery on September 1st.

    I’ve torn 3 glut muscles. So, I may not meet the 2023 mile goal this year. But I’m at 900. Right now I can’t run or cycle outside. But I can use my bike trainer and swim. I’m going to swim a 2.5 mile race this Sunday.
