    My goal is to run 1000-1200 miles and reach the goal of 2023 with daily steps, walks, hikes and other exercise. I ran 949 miles in 2022, so reaching 1000 miles this year will be an improvement!

    Looking forward to being part of this community! I run…jog…walk as much for my mental health as physical health. My last quarter of 2022 hasn’t been great. I’ve had cedar fever (allergies) since October, then a vacation and the holidays. Happy running everyone!
