    PR announcement: Coming into 2023, I had a goal to run a sub-24 minute 5k. Today marks the third time I have achieved this benchmark in the last month or so. Today, my 5k time of 23:35 is the best time I have ever run.

    Haha. I think that a lot of people struggle with rest days, but please listen to your body. If you need rest, take the rest. It is better to rest now than be forced to rest due to injury.

    Goal #1 for 2023 is a consistent sub-8-minute per mile 5K. I have been chasing this goal for a few years, and I believe this will be the year I'll break through.
