We had a small amount of flurries yesterday....and I am not ready for the bigger snow fall.

Just had my first run in the snow yesterday, too. I was so surprised by my mindset! I’ve been working on managing mindset with my life coach (who is also my running coach) to improve performance and I have to say it has made such a difference. I was actually enjoying running in the snow, wind whipping off Lake Michigan, snow pelting me in the face
