More a comment than thread. Today as I was walking, riding, doing yoga, all in an attempt to work through some emotions, I thought of Fit For Life Project. I used it rigorously on days like today bc there was always a challenge or badge to earn that matched what I was feeling. Sure am grateful for the project as it got me active as an alternative response to my motions.
