Widowed, but in a relationship.
3 grown-up children, and 4 grand-daughters.
Work as a postie delivering mail in the UK, which means walking miles every day (average duty is 8 miles/day). Also walk/run/cycle my commute, which comes to another 3.3 miles/day.
On days off work, I volunteer as a walker at a kennels that rehomes ex-racing greyhounds. Normally 1.4 miles there, 2-3.5 miles with a dog, then 1.4 miles home.
Holidays are spent in the Lake District, where my partner and I go walking!
