  We end dry January with 218 miles! I'm still sore from Sundays uphill trek to the Golden Gate Bridge! Every step is worth it

  Foggy and 35 degrees when my friend and I started out this morning. 4.5 miles and then I taught a spin class! Off to run some errands and my my walk with Sable pup later today will put me over the 200 mile mark. Now it's a beautiful sunny morning here in Northern California!

  Morning started off cold and 38 degrees but we got 4 miles in before I had to teach a spin class!
  Get those miles in and then let's go NINERS!!!

  21,000 steps over 10 miles, not bad for a Monday. I tell my cyclists 'it's Mandatory Monday' show up and get it done!
