When it's really nasty outside I do indoor biking, treadmill or swimming. Otherwise, I bundle up, because I don't like the cold either and I walk outside for the fresh, brisk air. Try to get in a run on warmer days at least once or twice a week.
Hi from Arizona. I've been doing virtual challenges for 6 years now and I love them. I just finished Jogle last week and I'm working on the Amerithon right now and enjoying every minute. It's a great motivator!
