After having major surgery on March 20th I’m finally on my 2nd day of getting over 10,000 steps in a day AND I’m currently 2 miles from getting in my 500 miles! I got over 150 miles in March before surgery! So very glad it’s over and I’m on the other side of this!
Any other ostomy brothers or sisters out there? I have Interstitial Cystitis and have had a Continent urinary diversion for the past 14 years, now what I’ve avoided for so long has become a reality with a full time ostomy
