You can track whichever exercises you choose. Set your goal for what works for you.
You can include your bike miles if you want. That’s what I track for the year, ’m not a runner. You can set it up under your profile, RTY goals and it can automatically update if you have a platform like strava or you can manually add it.

The short answer is- this is your race. How do YOU want to count them?

I personally am a runner/walker and so *I* convert my biking mileage into running/walking on a 3 miles biked = 1 mile walked/ran ratio

I have a friend who just counts her straight distance. She bikes twelve miles then that’s twelve miles! If I biked ten miles I would count it at 4 miles.

There’s no wrong answer. I know that seems wild. But at the end of the year- how do YOU want to count your bicycling miles?
