Finding local races

Hi, everyone! I was curious to know how you all find out about local races, or even races while traveling. There are some races that are advertised around town sometimes, but any other resources would be appreciated! Are there specific sites you use? I’m still only at a 5k level but would love to start thinking about next level, too. Thanks!

I always use https://runningintheusa.com/ - they truly always seem to have EVERYTHING. You can filter by distance, location... everything!

I have used this site also for different events. Triathlon, duathlon, biking, some have relays…which are fun to grab a friend and tag team an event!
I’ve signed up for my first 10k in February so I’m pushing myself to do more running also.

Awesome! Thank you! I was considering starting to get into cycling too, but I’m still using baby steps right now. I’ll definitely look into this though. Thanks!
