Hi all! I'm in RTY for the first time in 2022, the jury is still out on if I'm able to reach the 2022 goal (I'm at 1500 atm). But I'm training for HM, and have a lot of running to do. So maybe?! 😁
And I've signed up for 2023!

Have a great day, all! 👋

Welcome, Krissi!

Sounds like you should have winter running tips to share!?

I wish I could say yes, but I haven't run outside in snow.. Yet. I'm living far north, so we've got Polar nights for two months were we don't see the sun. Then we'll have 1,5 hrs of twilight.
So I've chickened out and use the mill inside instead. But I've invested in running shoes for winter conditions now, so I'm planning to do more running outside this winter.
Since I'm so far north the temperature is pretty cold early spring and late fall (and even mid summer 😁). What works for me is to cover ears/neck/fingers and not overdress elsewhere.
I tend to sweat a lot, so I get warm pretty fast.
