2023 will be year 7 for me. Over the years I have moved from walking as a team, walking solo, and moved from walking to running. However all miles count for me these days. I'm a special education teacher trying to survive another stressful challenging year. I'm looking forward to racking up more miles this year as I'll be gearing up for Portland to Coast in August. Still hoping to do some running along with my walking training.
