So I just bought a used treadmill and signed up for the free trial of ifit to see if I like it. I hooked it up to my Apple Watch so now when I look at it, it shows both a walk from the Apple Watch because I tracked the workout and from ifit. It doesn’t count it twice but if I didn’t track it on my Apple Watch would the ifit workout factor in or I have to track both?

If you connect ifit it would track, but I don’t know if you can connect ifit I’m not familiar with the list.

Also the picture you showed is from your Apple Watch? I’d check RTE tracker to see what it says
