I’ll be walking in the Miami Beach Freaky 4-Miler dressed as a BOOnicorn! There’s also a half marathon attached to this event. It’s going to be a great time with friends. I’ll also be doing my regular walking on Sunday!

That sounds like a blast, good luck!! I don't have formal plans at the moment, but might try to get out for a mountain bike ride to see the fall colors in Colorado!

Taking my daughter to a Halloween event at an amusement park. She’s only one so hope she doesn’t get too scared but it is for kids so hopefully we are good.

Yes she is dressing up as a lion for this event. We have a stitch costume for Halloween though.

Had an intense interval Friday that "destroyed" my long run (15k) planned for Saturday, my restitution time became too long.
So today a slow 6km instead in windy and icy weather. Winter is coming here!

After brunch with the family, I went to an Alice in Wonderland event. We answered riddles, ate cakes, and made some rather strong “tea” that tasted suspiciously of Peach Schnapps.

The acting was a bit like a middle school play, but it was a fun time with friends and they did a fantastic job with decorations and activities.
