This might be a long shot but I'm traveling to Italy later in the month and was wondering if anyone is aware of any running groups I could hook up with or safe places to run if I have to run on my own? More a comment than thread. Today as I was walking, riding, doing yoga, all in an attempt to work through some emotions, I thought of Fit For Life Project. I used it rigorously on days like today bc there was always a challenge or badge to earn that matched what I was feeling.
