Happy New Year everyone!!! Today starts year 4 for me. Last year I had a goal of 2500 miles. Due to injury I had to cut back and take it easy. I did not reach my goal in 2023. Missed it by just under 400 Miles. I'm setting that same goal this year. Looking forward to 2500 miles by the end of this year. Adding some core building workouts and some strength training.
