Beautiful but chilly morning for another short, slower walk. Ankle/foot still fussy, so took it a bit slower. Love amazing morning skies

What is going on with your ankle/foot?
Fracture in 2022 and again in 2023. Just off and on tenderness and swelling with pain across the top of the foot with usage
That sounds painful! I have foot, ankle, calf, hip and back pain from a herniated disc that caused a tear, praying the injections Friday take care of it. I’ve been dealing with this since October!
It’s hard when something important like your foot is effected. Trying to get in the right amount of miles!
