One mile at a time. . .
Thankful for the opportunity to move and try to achieve something this year with my fellow introverts.
I haven’t posted at all yet. I live in RI so I can’t run outside until it warms up. I have a peloton and so far this week have logged 28.4 miles. Off to a good start! If there are any other Peloton tread users out there I’d love to follow you!

Day 3 completed, and have my first blister of the year. bandaged and keep going.

The blister bandaids work great and are padded so it won't hurt to walk on.

The weather in Northern California has been wild and I feel for all those who’ve been impacted. We took our chances during a break in the weather and got a couple of miles in along the coast!!

Happy new year, everyone!! What’s make 2023 a great year we got this!! I went to the gym today. I feel great started the year off right and I’m hoping this year I can reach the finish line. I have come up short the last two years, but this year is going to be the year I make it.
