Hello Fellow Runners! My name is Thomas and I'm a plant-based multi-sport athlete from mid southern-ish Ohio USA. I Run, I Box, I like many different kinds of sports and I can't wait to get into Triathlon.

3-5 more weeks and the pins come out!!

My day off work. I’m a dietary cook in a long term care unit. It’s demanding and rewarding. But today I’ll be starting off with some quilting because my soul needs it.
