Got this yesterday! I’m working on getting healthier by quitting smoking, which is hard. I don’t want to gain weight that I’ve worked so hard to lose (70 pounds), so I’m walking more than normal and so far it’s helping!!

happy taco tequila tuesday y'all. had a nice little run today. no run yesterday. i was watching my lady hawkeyes play. they pulled out a W against WV. next game is saturday.

Picked this up today which was a surprise!! So glad I was able to do it!! I’m on track to finish early and beating my miles so far from last year! Just need to up my pace a little more. Hoping to get 2,300 this year!!

I can agree with that! I’m farther behind then I want to be but have been sitting next to my Dad in the hospital for the past week, and we got snow storms at the end of the week. Can’t wait for those warmer temps! Congrats on the 500! You can do this!!!

Supporting those we care about is very challenging. Depending on the circumstances, maybe stairs 1x each hour or 2.
I’m trying, I can walk the hallway now that he is finally in a room. It’s also a much longer walk from the parking lot to get to his room which is helpful!
